The ryokan Aura Tachibana has two on-site Japanese restaurants that serve kaiseki multi-course dinners and breakfasts using local and seasonal ingredients. Dinner is a 7 to 10-course meal with dishes like abalone and hot pot, served in the restaurant with mountain views. Guests must start dinner by 19:00, and no refund is given for missed meals.

Hakone Yumoto Onsen Aura Tachibana is a 15-minute walk from Odakyu Hakone Yumoto Station and a 15-minute drive from JR Odawara Station. A free shuttle service runs between the hotel and Hakone Yumoto Station, helping guests avoid the steep uphill walk. Nearby attractions reachable by car or bus include Lake Ashi (35 minutes) and Hakone Art Museum (20 minutes).
